About ReviewLoop
ReviewLoop gives every company listed on a US exchange that files with the SEC a Stock Health Score, and publishes every trade in a real brokerage account, with the research behind it.
Operated by Parallax Sciences Inc. Research is AI-assisted. Every trade is decided by a trader with over a decade of market experience.
How the Stock Health Score works
The score describes the health of a company from 0 to 100. It reads SEC filings only: financial statements, current reports on Form 8-K with the press releases attached to them, and insider trading reports on Form 4. It never looks at the share price.
- Six categories: financial strength, profitability, growth and outlook, dilution and capital, insider activity, and disclosures. Each has its own score from 0 to 100 and the reasons behind it.
- Ratings: Very healthy (75 and up), Healthy (60 to 74), Average (45 to 59), Unhealthy (30 to 44) and Very unhealthy (under 30).
- Findings with quotes: an AI model reads each new annual, quarterly and current report and notes events such as going-concern doubt, a lowered outlook or an auditor change. We keep a finding only when its quote appears word for word in the filing. The short line above each quote is our summary, and it states no figure that the quote does not show. Every finding links to its filing on sec.gov.
- Updated every night after EDGAR closes.
- Tested on history: From 2010 to 2025, companies rated Very unhealthy filed for bankruptcy within a year about 144 times as often as companies rated Very healthy. The test includes companies that later left their exchange.
Anyone can search a company and see its score, its category scores and the findings of the last 90 days, and use the screener, which ranks every company by its score and filters by rating or industry. A free account adds a watchlist of up to 10 companies with a weekly alert email. Pro adds daily alerts, a watchlist of up to 500 companies, and the score history with the major findings since 2009.
How the research works
When we open a position, AI agents gather company filings, press releases and economic data, and draft a research analysis. A person reviews, edits and approves every analysis before it is published. Pro members receive it by email the day it is approved. If the review takes longer than two days, they get the trade alert first and the analysis when it is approved.
When we add to, reduce, roll or close a position, Pro members receive a short factual update. Each month everyone gets a macro article on the economy and markets.
How we measure performance
Performance comes from the daily statements of our brokerage account. We report a time-weighted return, which removes the effect of deposits and withdrawals, after commissions and fees. The record starts on Oct 20, 2026, the date of the first trade. Every closed trade stays on the track record, wins and losses.
We show returns and portfolio weights as percentages. We do not publish account balances, dollar amounts or contract counts.
What we do not do
- We do not give personal investment recommendations or answer questions about individual situations. A Stock Health Score describes a company. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
- We do not manage money for anyone, and we do not link or trade the brokerage accounts of our members.
- We do not publish trades before we make them. We report trades after they happen and may exit a position at any time.
