Terms of service

These terms apply to reviewloop.dev and the emails we send. The service is operated by Parallax Sciences Inc. ("we"). By creating an account or subscribing, you agree to these terms.

The service

ReviewLoop publishes information about trades in a portfolio that we operate, together with research we prepare. It also publishes the Stock Health Score, a score for listed companies calculated from their SEC filings. Free accounts can watch up to 10 companies and Pro members up to 500, with email alerts when a watched company changes. The disclaimer forms part of these terms. Nothing we publish is a recommendation to you, and you are responsible for your own investment decisions.

Accounts

You sign in with a link sent to your email address. Keep access to that email address secure. One account is for one person. Do not share your account or forward paid content outside your household.

Subscription and billing

• The Pro plan costs the monthly price shown on the pricing page when you subscribe, plus applicable taxes, billed monthly in advance by Stripe until you cancel.
• You can cancel at any time from your account page. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not refund partial months.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it for a limited time. If it still fails, your account returns to the free plan.
• We may change the price for new Pro members. If we change the price for existing Pro members, we will email you at least 30 days before the change applies.

Content

All content on ReviewLoop belongs to Parallax Sciences Inc. You may read it for your own use and share links to it. You may not copy, resell, republish or redistribute paid content or the Stock Health Score data, or use automated tools to collect either of them in bulk.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other accounts, disrupt the service or bypass access controls. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we close your account because you broke these terms, we do not refund the current period. If we stop offering Pro or close your account for any other reason, we refund the unused part of the current period.

No warranty and limits of liability

The service is provided as is. We do not promise that the information is complete, accurate or current, or that the service will be uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are never responsible for investment losses or indirect damages. If you make a claim against us, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and email Pro members about material changes. These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Parallax Sciences Inc. is incorporated.
